im a 13 year old male and i would say 7 or 8 months i have had blood come instead of sprem the first couple months it was rarely now it has been every time i went to docter he said no big deal it will go away. ithas happened EVERY time since then. i stopped jacking off for 1 1/2 weeks thinking that might help no still blood.MY docter says it not bad but nothing is changing and i really just want him to do somthing about it.i have noticed i had a tiny tiny amount of sperm come out when watching porn but not touching myslef but the second i jack off and sperm should come it is blood.how should i get my docter to take me serousily about this?
and does anyone know of anything like this?

yea sounds like you will be fine, little blood leaking into the semen in normal.
and seeing as your 13, chances are you wont have much sperm if any, anyway, so i wouldn't worry about it.

well that does not sound like a simple problem, a little bit of blood is not uncommon, but if all your ejaculating is blood, something isn't right. it could be testicle related problem, have the checked for that? you could have hemorrhoids in your prostate (rare). also what color is the blood? if its very dark, even black, you must see a doctor, if its light red, it might be less of a problem. but if its a problem with your prostate, you would also be urinating blood. (unless the problem is only in the particular duct of the prostate that ejaculate flows though.) also is ejaculating painful? and how much blood is being ejaculated, a teaspoon of blood, would need medical attention. as for the low amount of semen that is being released, that seems to point to a testicular problem. however you could be having retrograde ejaculation (the ejaculate goes into the bladder, completely harmless, but could lead to infertility.)

i know iv rattled off a lot of info, but to make it simple, i would get a second opinion (i.e. go to urologist, or if you have, see another)

dude. go to another doctor. cus it sounds like you have something wrong down there.
i wouldnt care what he says. id see another doctor
different office and everyhting
if he says the same thing. try to wait a month to be safe and then try it again and if it still happens just see the doctor again
some doctors are ignorant and dont like to admit that something might be wrong after first diagnosis.
