Hi!
Learning memory can be developed at any age through specialized methods. A person may get low marks in a particular exam. This may not be due to poor learning and memorizing skills. Many a times, there are children who do not fare well in school level exams, yet do very well when they take up a stream or subject of their choice. All these factors should be considered before thinking that your sister has poor memorizing ability. She needs to see an education counselor. Take care!
