bumps on penis

about 3 months ago i noticed a small cluster of colorless bumps. these bumps are very small and quite close together located at the shaft and underside of circumcised penis. they do not hurt itch or irritate me in anyway apart from looking at them. if anyone knows or think they know anything about this please reply, i also have not been to a doctor yet partly because i'm only 14 and am a very nervous person.
