excersise induced leg cramps and cerebral palsy related?

My 15 yr old has mild cerebral palsy and after triple session football practice 8-530 experienced severe leg cramps and tightening. He had 2 banannas glass of milk and tons of water and a salty dinner. Are these related to his mild CP or a result of general overuse.

Though if you are ever really concerned, don't be afraid to call his doctor and ask any questions you may have.

It's most likely just from overuse and his body is not used to this much exercise. Giving him bananas was a smart move to get him potassium to help with cramping, which is about all you can do to help with that. He could also take a warm bath to loosen up the sore muscles.
