i was getting alot of UTI's and yeast infections. when i got yeast infections my geno told me to put some baking soda in the bath tub and soak...but be careful because it can dry it out too much and make it worse...happened to me, she never told me not to do it alot since i was itchy so i kept doing it and yeah worse. but masturbating i highly doubt can do that...if anything you could get UTI's from bacteria on your hands and stuff but not yeast infections. hope i helped a bit

masterbating isn't the cause of the yeast infection; many women who do not masterbate get yeast infections. Yeast loves warm moist areas and the vaginal area is a perfect home for this type of infection to grow. She needs to keep herself clean and wear only cotton underwear. Cotton is a material that allows airflow; it's a material that allows the skin to 'breathe'. If she truely has a yeast infection then she should see her GP and get an antibiotic for it.
