huge red kind of pimples please help..

hey so my story is,when i was 16 years old i had pimples all over my face,i tried proactive and all kind of creams but it didn't help.then when i turned into 17 years old i started to take Isotretinoin pills, slowly slowly it disappeared.

until i turned into 18 years old it all disappeared from my face, but it went bigger into my back.i went already few times to specialists and it didn't help.
i remember the last time i went to a skin specialist he took a stick with cotton in the end and he put it into a carbon tank(i think it was carbon I'm not sure it was like gas) and he went all over the pimples and it kind of burned it but it still didn't help.
im 19 years old and I'm so embarrassed,I'm not taking my tshirt off and its annoying please if you can help me.
thanks.

Schedule an appointment with your doctor to have it checked out. Lots of acne is caused by bacteria, but it could be cause by birth control or certain types of medication you take. Your doctor can check it out for you and prescribe an over the counter creme to help it out. Hope you feel better about yourself soon! :)
