i cant stand up sometimes

i cant stand up sometimes

i keep falling down. i am 17 and i about 2 weeks ago i started losing control of my muscles all up and down my right leg. its like theyre not there. it happens when i go from sitting to standing up, and im oblivious to anything until i pull myself up off the floor. it takes me  about a minute to get the feeling back in my leg but for about 5 minutes there are these weird tremors running up and down the back of my thigh and behind me knee and under my kneecap, its like my leg is falling asleep then waking up in quick waves. i did a little research online and i found out the area being affected is called the sciatic nerve. im not sure if this would be related but earlier i was sitting on my knees and kept feeling this sharp pain behind my knee and on the back of my thigh. it wasnt too painful, on a scale of 1-10 it was only about a 6. and i started to get numbness and twitching in my right arm today. theres no history of any illnessess in my family except for ovarian cancer which i am supposed to get when im around 19. i myself am at average health i am 5'3 at 120 lbs. no one will take me to a doctor, so i figured this was as close as i could get. any ideas? thank you

sounds like you leg falls asleep ..... the siatic (sciatic) nerve could also be a factor here... need to go to the doctor

me leg doesnt feel asleep though i can tell when it is. it just buckles under my weight when i stand up, unlike my left leg which is functioning fine. then when i try to get up is when the tremors come, and the waves are reall short in areas of tingling up and down my leg over and over. not like ive ever felt my leg fall asleep before.

He is right, it could be a lack of circulation. Mostly because you said it normally happens when you go from sitting to standning.
However... you can also look up some things like peripheral neuropathy.
