i have a lump under my left nipple, is this serious?

Hello, i have been trying to find out for a while what is happening to me.
I am 15 years old, Male, 10.3 stone, im normal size build, 6'1, and around a year ago i discoverd a lump under my left nipple, making my left nipple bigger than the right one.
When i press on it in certian places i can feel a slight pain, and when i squeeze it i can feel a lump for sure. Almost like its a ball under my nipple.
I have no idea what this mean, but could somebody please tell me what is happening.

you need to go to the doctor.... does it feel like the size of a pea?

hi ,don worry a lot about it.... it may b a cyst which r common in teenage.. in some cases cysts disappear after a period of time..please go check it up with ur doctor

i had the same problem after i had my first child.. its a cyst but go to the doctor they will bust it.
