is it a cold sore or pimple
Does white puss comes out of cold sore like a pimple I'm 15 years old and I have a small pimple around my mouth I pop it and a white puss cames out like a zit would and not sexually active that happen 8 days after my period
It dosent burn or itch or turn into blisters but can it be cause of my chap stick becuause I chang mine from blistex then change it because at the time I dident have enough money on me so I use my sister who has herpes but does not show the symptom on herpes she never has a break out

Pimples like structures on the face can be due to acne (clogging of oil glands), folliculitis (infection of hair follicle), perioral dermatitis or due to hepers infection.
