little help

So ive been having some pain on my breats when i press them (i dont notice any swelling) and i read that it can happen when your ovulating or just simply before getting your period. But ive never had any pain on breasts before. Is it normal for it to just happen one day?

Sore breasts are normal and I wouldn't worry about it. The only other thing it could be a sign of would be pregnancy, but the symptoms for pregnancy and your period or stress are all very closely related, so they are not reliable to follow. If you think you may be pregnant, take a home pregnancy test, otherwise you just have sore breasts from the extra hormones before your cycle starts.

It may just be a hormonal change and your body is reacting to that making your breasts sore. That is completely normal, and many females have sore breasts right before their period. Are you sexually active?
