It's hard to say. Is the pain more to one side or all over? Is there anything you can think of that may have triggered your symptoms? There's so many things it can be. A few things I can think of are:
Appendicitis - pain would be more to the right but can also be towards the center of your abdomen

digestive upset or constipation - yeah, we don't like to talk about it but we all get it from time to time! Make sure you're drinking lots to help move things along and try to add more fiber to your diet. If you eat a lot of junk food or sugar then that can really mess your digestive system up. And believe it or not, it can cause the headaches too. If need be you may need a laxative to get things moving again (if this is the problem) but try not to always rely on those as your body can get dependant on them.

Not eating or drinking enough. Especially since it's Summer and hot you need to make sure you're getting plenty of water. Do you exercise? If so, then increase your water even more. Sports drinks can help replace minerals, electrolytes, etc.

Anxiety - anxiety can cause very real, physical symptoms. Is there something new in your life that's stressing you out? If so, can you talk to someone about it? That can help tremendously.

I think since you've already been experiencing these symptoms for almost a month you should go see your doctor and get a full check up. That's what our doctors are there for, to keep us healthy and help us feel better. :) Hope you feel better soon!

this is a relief, to hear. I'm 15 and had really strange feeling in my lower stomach, and constipation but it has gone away. I now have more of an upset stomach, but when I eat something it helps for a while. I'm guessing that the stress of having to do a research report in 3 days is enough to make me feel sick..? does that sound right?
