teen health

im 17 and i took the depo in January and now i'm experiencing weight gain which is really bringing me down, ive gained 3 pounds and before i took the shot i was actually losing weight soo i dont know how to get back on track or to just loss my tummy !( i only took one dose) help please :(

hi im 20 years old and I been on the shot for 2 years and im the total opposite before I got on the shot I weighted more but since I started the shot I lost weight
