upper back pain
Iv'e recently been having really bad back pains, the pain is between my shoulder blades, i have not injured myself and im pretty sure its not a pulled muscle, iv'e had it for 2 weeks now and its not getting any better at all. The pain only happens at a certain time, if i move my arm forward or stretch my neck to much, it doesn't happen when im sat awkwardly or anything like that, only when i move my arms it seems, but i have no pain in my arms at all. what could this be?

It sounds like a pulled muscle. Though because it has not gotten any better in the last couple weeks, I would suggest making a doctor's appointment to get checked and then you can go from there. Take care.
