4 days late on period .

Hi for the last 6 months my periods have been coming every 35-36 days except for this month it hasn't came yet a day or two before Af was due on June 21st I had period like cramps and had a pad on but my period didn't come . So I thought it's maybe a day or two late still nothing . I've heard having sex before your period can help your period come so yesterday me and my boyfriend had sex and still nothing but a dot of dried light brown spot on tissue (it was on the corner of tissue) no bigger then a penny. I've been experiencing like a twitching feeling and really mild cramps nothing like my period. I've been really tired and eating more and sore Breast. I had sex on the 9th 19th and 20th of June any advice we used pull out method .
