Am I pregnant?

We are trying to have a baby. I used to have regular periods. I am getting blood spotsBirthmarks - pigmented
Liver spots
Measles, koplik spots - close-up
Mongolian blue spots frequently during my period due and wondering if I am pregnant or not. I took a home pregnancy test 6 days before my period due date and it is negative. My periods are delayed by 2 days and on third day the blood spottingVaginal bleeding between periods started. Can someone help me on this? We are planning to wait for few more days to confirm it with doctor.
