Bleeding In Between Periods? Pregnancy? Ovulating? Cyst?

Hi, about four weeks ago, my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time. Well, kinda. He had on a condom, and was only halfway in for about two minutes. He didn't ejaculate or anything. Two days after that, I had my usual period and I thought I was okay.

As of late (I've been kind of stressing too) I've been experiencing some weird symptoms. I haven't been eating as much, I've been a little nauseous, I almost passed out in a class because of an open heart surgery video (I never usually get sick from that). Then starting about a week ago, I've noticed an excess amount of stringy clear discharge, sharp pains in my right and left side. On my back and where my ovaries are. And starting yesterday, I've noticed an excess amount of bleeding in my underwear. It looks, smells, and feels (gross, I know. But I'm desperate) like regular period blood. But I'm not due for my period for a couple of weeks. I took a pregnancy test a couple of days ago, and it said I wasn't pregnant. Could that be implantation bleeding? Ovulation bleeding? Or could it be from a cyst or hormonal imbalances? Please answer.

Now I'm going through my second menstrual cycle, and it only lasted two days. It was very very light. Could that be stress?

Your most likely not pregnant because he wore a condom and and he didnt come. I know that my first time he didnt get inside all the way cuz it hurt but he still got blood on his shirt. As well as my stomach was really hurting alot and i came on my period later that day. so your probably fine

And I've been a lot more tired. Lately. I can't stay up late anymore.

I also need to add that my boobs haven't been hurting at all. And the pain is so bad, that I can't eat.
