There are two types of stress, eustress(good/happy) and distress(bad). It doesn't matter which type of stress you have, it effects your body and can make you late for your period. If you already took a pregnancy test and it was taken correctly, then you are not pregnant. You'll just have to wait for your period to come.

If you took a pregnancy test already and it was negative, then you are not pregnant. Stress can make your period late, so try to relax.

If you took the test at least 2 weeks after sex and it was negative you're not pregnant.

You might be pregnant, but no one on here can tell you if you are or not. Take a home pregnancy test to find out.
