If you're on the pill and taking it faithfully at the same time everyday on top of using the pull out method ten your chances of being pregnant are almost non existent.
How long have you been on the pill? I'm asking because it could be messing with your periods and making you sick. You may want to talk to your Dr about trying a different pill.

If you're having a white discharge that you've never had before that could mean an infection.
There is a possibility of getting pregnant using the pull out method so if you're not trying to get pregnant you should use protection every time you have sex.
I recommend you see your Dr about the headaches, stomach pain and discharge.
