Confused about this....help would be awesome please

So I used to take the depo provera shot awhile back but i got off it due to the violent mood swings i was having; And I never got back on it and ending up having a kid, and then me n his father broke up and i never got another partner so I never needed to get back on birth control...

Well I got with a new partner so I began taking the depo provera again and this time things are going smooth bled for the first 2 weeks and then the bleeding stopped.

Well I started taking antibiotics for an infected tattoo and then i remembered that antibiotics can mess with birth control and it came back negative so I was no longer worried.

But then I started getting nauseous especially in the morning, certain food and smells were making me puke, i started getting cramps and the other day I went pee and noticed I was randomly bleeding a lot. And this whole time being on the depo i have not bled except for the first two weeks, And all those symptoms well i was confused whether it could be the shot or what, i stopped taking the antibiotics for awhile now, and im supposed to go back for a new depo shot october 30th since mine is almost done with.

can anybody help me with my concerns...

Well since you are still a teen, this topic can fit here as well.

In order for a home pregnancy test to be accurate you have to take it at least 2 weeks after having sex or after a missed/off period. If you took it before that, then it would give you a false negative. Anti-biotics do lessen the effects of birth control, so it is possible that you are pregnant again. Make sure to take the home pregnancy test correctly within the correct time frame. Don't discontinue your anti-biotics as that can cause the infection to come back worse and stick through with all of the doses. Though since you have already stopped taking them for a while, call your doctor to ask what to do about the remaining doses. If you have sex again in the mean time, use a back up method of birth control(condoms). Plus any time you start a new birth control or go on anti-biotics or other medications that can affect your birth control, you always need to use a back up method. Retest again with another home pregnancy test and see what it says. Other things can cause these symptoms, but it's important to find out if you are pregnant or not. Hope it all goes well.
