Could I Be Pregnant

Hi  I am 17 years old me and my boyfriend has been together for awhile my periods always came on time for at least 5 days . But recently its changed like Nov 14-17 I had my period haven't been on ive had
1. Headaches, Back Pain
2. Soar Breast
3.Cramping (But Haven't Came On)
4. Nausea (But haven't threw up )
5. Extremely tired
6. Appetite is much much larger I get hungry every like hour

If you had your periods from Nov 14 to 17, then missed them this month, and have all these symptoms, then please take a pregnancy test and see. If urine pregnancy test is negative then go for a quantitative blood pregnancy test.  I suggest you get quantitative HCG estimation is blood at 48 hours intervals. If the levels are negative at the first test, then you will get your periods sometime soon (however you may need to take medication for it). If the levels are positive on first test and drop on the second test, it is likely to be a miscarriage. If the levels are positive and doubling on the second test, it is a confirmed pregnancy.  Please consult a gynecologist. Take care!
