Me and my bf been had sex unprotected before and I've taken some test which come out negative , I'm always having sickness in the night back pain and moodiness,  nausea what does that mean?

When did you take the tests? It's best to wait until you've missed your period before you take a pregnancy test.
The symptoms you're having could be from stress or it could be that you're getting ready to start your period.
