Do you think I had a miscarraige????

Well last week I started bleeding and at first it was light then it became heavy. But it wasn't the normal dark red that I normally get. It was a pinkish-reddish kind of blood. It was kind of sudden and I went to the bathroom and I was about to put a tampon in, what looked like a dark red blood clot fell into my hand. I have talked to a few different people and they said that they think it was the baby. I didn't know for sure if I was pregnant. Since then I haven't had any of the "pregnancy" symptoms that I did before that. Blood clots are supposed to hurt really bad and when that one came out I didn't feel it. I didn't even know it was coming out until I felt it fall into my hand. When I looked at it, it was roughly around the size of a quarter only a little bigger. It was dark red and it looked like a blood clot that I normally got with my period. Do you think that I could have been pregnant without knowing for sure and ended up losing it????? Help me. I need answers

I have had 2 miscarriages. And people's rate very differently!! Mine hurt TREMENDOUSLY but yet my best friend's didn't hurt her at all! Blood clots aren't exactly normal, but that does usually mean that it was a baby. I agree, you're just gonna have to tell your dad. That's all you can really do! But, if you don't go to a DR you can't get really sick from the tissue and stuff left in your body. It can be fatal. If there is any left over, they will do a DNC. (I think that's what they're called!), but all they do is get the rest of the stuff out of you. Virtually painless!

If you think you had a miscarriage you need to go to a doc. If there is any tissue left inside of you and it's not removed you can get an infection which can lead to death.

And if you are/were 5-6 months along the baby would have been much larger than a dollar coin unless it stopped growing around 1-3 months. Which is still dangerous to keep a fetus that has stopped growing inside of you.

Which do you think your dad would prefer? A miscarriage/pregnancy or you dying? Suck it up, tell him and get to the doctor. If  you're not pregnant get on some form of b/c and ALWAYS use condoms.

Well see that is the thing. I can't go to the doctor because if i do then my dad will know. I don't want my dad to know unless he has to. But I will try to get one of my aunts to take me to the doctor one day soon if she can. I didn't have my period for like 3 months straight. Then I bled a little bit and then the next month i didnt bleed at all. So I am thinking that I was pregnant but i wasn't 100 % sure. I am guess i was right around 5 or 6 months. It was like te size of a dollar coin. It was really bloody too. But it didn't hurt when it came out. I didn't even know that it was coming out.

were you late at all. If you didnt know you were pregnant then the 'baby' would have been to small to recognise. a baby the size a peanut is about 5/6 weeks so you would have to ask your dr. If you did have a miscarraige you would need to have a blood test to make sure you passed all the tissue and that your cg levels were going down..
Let us know how you go hunni

i believfe that any kind of tissue that passes through your vagina and down with blood is the membrane of a baby but u should def. get it checked out. good luck
