HELP AM I PREGNANT?

So I'm really worried..
My boyfriend had precum on his hand, dried it a bit on his sweater, and put it around my vagina
He didn't finger me as such, so he didn't put it up there but he had his hand, ( that had precum on) around my vagina
I'm still a virgin though and we didn't have intercourse so his penis was not directly in me at all

Also some extra details
This happened literally a day after my period just ended.. and apparently that's not when ovulation occurs so is it impossible?I'm so worried I can't eat or sleep I'm really stressed , please help - am I just worrying about nothing?
Also I noticed ive been suddenly really tired but idk if that is pregnancy or just me overthinking
Please help I'm so so worried
Am I pregnant?!!!!!

First of all, not all women ovulate in the middle of their cycle. Many women do but some will ovulate at other times of the month and that can include right before or right after your period.I'm tell you this in case you and your boyfriend do go further with things and have intercourse. If it does go that far I don't want you to think you're safe right after your period. You will need to use some form of birth control every single time you have intercourse. You can get free condoms at any women's clinic and many times you can get other forms of birth control for free.
About your situation. Your chances of being pregnant are pretty much so 0%. Sperm dies outside of the body pretty fast. It needs a moist environment to survive. You said  your boyfriend wiped his hands on his shirt and it was pre semen and not sperm.
Worrying can cause all sorts of problems so yes, I think you're feeling tired because you're so worried. Try your best to worry because I don't think you're pregnant and stress can cause your period to be late.
