How often should i have sex to concieve?

Ok my partner and i are trying to have a baby
i asked my friend if we should have sex everyday because i find it hard to keep up with checking my temp etc to tell what days fertillity is higher

she said that if we are having sex every day that can reduce the chance because it lowers the sperm count?
is this true?

i just dont no when its best too and how often i personally thought that if we did it every day that would be the best chance?

Sperm lives for 4-5 days. Therefore, to have a really good chance (if you don't know when you ovulate) you need to have sex every second day.

What your friend told you is not true. The best chances to get pregnant is to have intercourse around and on ovulation time.... If you are not good at charting your temp then I would suggest doing it as much as you are comfortable with.....  Tonz of Baby Dust
