Implantation Bleeding or Period?

Alright, so I had unprotected sex on the 11th, and my ovulation is on the 13th.  My period starts on the 29th, and I'm been having cramps since ovulation to now.  I felt something coming out, so I check my underwear, and there was blood, but it was brown.  I went into the bathroom and put a tampon in.  I waited a bit and took it out to see what was on the tampon, which happened to be brown with a bit of fresh red blood, as if I were ending my period.  I'm extremely confused.  It's the 28th, so if it is my period, it came a day early, but it's not anything like my normal periods.  It's different, because it's mostly brown.  Usually, I have a HEAVY red blood flow for my period, and it comes out all at once, and stays like that for about five days.  Now, I just have some red blood, most brown, not heavy, and what is either extremely horrible cramps, or a stiff tampon, because there's not enough blood to absorb (making me miserable as I'm sitting in the school library right now).  What do you think it is?

Meh, I shouldn't waste money on a test. The bleeding got heavier and with fresh red blood, so I'm extremely convinced that would be my period. Thanks, though.

lol it's no problem floyd. but take the test. (if it's been at least 2 weeks) and put your mind at ease.

Well, periods change from month to month due to hormones. I mean you could be pregnant, some women have bleeding earlier then expected and some have non. I suggest if you think your pregnant, take a test in a couple of days. Also, if your thinking you could be pregnant you probably shouldn't be using tampoms at this time, but a pad is a better choice (also cause your not bleeding heavy).

Thank you. I do believe it might be my period, but I've never been in so much pain. I looked it up, and extreme pain with implantation bleeding is not normal. It's probably horrible period cramps. I'm concerned, so I'll take an htp. By the way, you're an amazing help on this site. Everytime I come on here, you have an answer, and it's helped me so much. Thank you. You're very important to this site, and amazing for the help.
