Light Pink Blood

I thought I got my period today, but it came for around two hours and then it stopped. Whenever I wiped after using the restroom there is light pink blood. Could this be implantation blood?

Here's some background info:
I had unprotected sex on 2/17, I started ovulating 2/20. My period was suppose to come on 3/7 (the latest). I've been stressing over this for the past week. Please help. Thank you.

Also, I have no tender breasts or any other early symptoms. I do occasionally get headaches (but I always get headaches).

I'd definitely take a test and it should be accurate at this point. I'm 23wks and had no symptoms until the morning sickness kicked in at about 6wks.
