Multi-questions.

1. I am very nervous about this pregnancy, I am in my first trimester(5 weeks, 1 day? which is the common time of miscarriage I am taking prenatal vitamins, staying away from cat liter, not eating raw cheeses, eggs, or meats. Is it normal to be this worried about having a miscarriage? This is my second pregnancy but I hid the first one for a while. Could family and friends already knowing play in to my nervousness as well?

2. My children have the same father. My first child holds the last name My last-Fathers last, if this baby is a boy he is going to be a Jr with the last name of just his fathers? Should I change her last name?

Okay,  I read it about 5 more times and it sounds like your first child has a hyphenated name but you don't want this child to have a hyphenated name,  just the father's last.

Yes,  in that case i think you should change your daughter's name,  or move it to a middle name.  So now if her name is Katie Ann Smith-Jones,  she could be Katie Smith Jones.  Having three people in the same family with different last names is confusing.
