Period 3 days early and scared? :(

It's light, and the blood isn't showing up in my pee.
It was on my ovulation day, but I don't think there was any contact with sperm on that day. I was just worried sick, but my periods got heavier. No others symptoms, doc. I've had my periods since, I would gladly appreciate if you would read my previous questions, though. I'm scared... thanks!

How are you? What other symptoms are present? If you were not ovulating at that time and there was no contact with the sperm, then there is nothing to be worried about. Periods can vary from 23 to 35 days, and early onset of period may be attributed to a variety of issues such as stress, hormone changes, illness, extreme weight loss or even excessive exercise.
