Really Bad headache!

I am 13 weeks, and lately I've been having real bad headaches, I can't do nothing without my head hurting. I have no fever..so I don't know what to do...this pain is killing me! Please help!

It is difficult to take medications during pregnancy. Hence, it is very important to find the cause of headaches. If you are 13 weeks pregnant and are having a real bad headache then you must immediately get your blood pressure checked. High blood pressure can cause persisting severe headache.
Other causes may not be related to pregnancy and include: Sinusitis, refractive errors of the eye, migraine, cluster headaches, brain tumors and aneurysms, high blood pressure, tension headaches, temporal arteritis, pinched cervical spinal nerve, TMJ, poor or disturbed sleep etc. Dental pain and ear ache due to infection or impacted wax can cause similar symptoms.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Meanwhile you good get a good head massage and see if it helps. Take care!
