am i pregnant?

so about a five weeks ago i started having sex wmy boyfriend. unprotected. 4 times. we didnt have sex for a while cuz i was out of town. yesterday we had sex again but it was weird. it hurt so bad, way more than my first time. so bad i cried. the last week ive been spotting a lot, which isnt normal for me. this last week i have completely lost my appetite flr things i normally love and been eating different stuff then getting sick afterwards. ive had these really severe headaches, my blood pressures been up the last 2 weeks and ive had weird pains in my back and stomach. i havent had a chance to take a test yet but do you think im pregnant?
