bleeding, 2 positive tests and 1 negitive, whats going on?

hi, monday the 2nd june is started what i first of all thought was a period, but its sooo much lighter than normal!! I done a pregnancy test after work, which showed a faint positive line, then done the second test tuesday morning, which again was a faint positive line, then a clear blue digital which said not pregnant on tuesday evening!
Im still bleeding now but is very light, compared to any of my prevouis period's!!
Has anyone had this or what do you think... pregnant or not??
Very confused, a slightly worried!!

when you go to your doctors on friday just let them know that there is a possibility you're pregnant and they'll either do a pee test or a blood test (or both) and when they get the results they'll let you know. if it turns out it's negative let your doctor know everything that's going on and s/he'll be able to figure out what wrong and get ya fixed up.

Did anybody have implantation bleeding if so please help me. The day before yesterday i started having brown and pink discharge and yesterday and today i am bleeding lightly but my period is not due for another 2 weeks. What could it be?

wait 2 weeks and test again.....when you saw the dr, did they do any blood samples, or tell you that your hormone was lowering? or not rising? "some" women can still bleed at the begininning of, and rarely during, a pregnancy and not have issues at all.....not to say your dr is lazy, but given you're in a teen forum, there's a possibility a dr could have just been uncouth, and said you were having an early m/c and not explain anything...do you know when you're next period is due to start?

I know its a lot to think about, and im not going to rush straight into it, take some time! I am in a good relationship been with him for 4 years!

I am so sorry to hear that you had a miscarriage. I also suffered a miscarriage at 4 weeks back in September 07. I agree with chitten that you need to make sure you are completely ready to begin trying agian... I found that I was stable to try agian right away and got pregnant within weeks of my miscarriage. I am now 38.2 weeks pregnant and am having a little boy. Best of Luck and if you need to talk feel free to PM me.

Just make sure you are fully prepared before you start trying for a baby. Are you in a serious relationship? Are you financially secure?

At 18 you are very young and it may be advisable to let yourself get over the prospect of an early miscarriage before making any decisions about trying to concieve in the near future

Thanks everyone for all your help, i went to the docs and it turned out that they think i had a very early misscarriage! Felt sad about it and made me realise that i actually do want a baby so going to start trying!

Theres no harm in doing a home test and the blood tests will take a few days to come back so id test first for peace of mind x

Thanks, i havent had any bad pains, if i press on the side of my belly feels like a bruise under the skin!

Well i have the doctors tomorrow, so should i get another pregnancy test and do in the morning before i go or wait and see the dr. first?

No they wouldnt do an internal at this stage, you need to go to the docs and have a blood test done.

If you are bleeding and have previously had a positive test it may be an early miscarriage (this is what happened to me and was confirmed with dropping HGC levels)

Take another home test and make an appointment with your doc asap. If you have any pain at all go to your A&E.

my second test was a clear blue just not a digital, that line was daarker and easlier to see than the first test!

If i were to be having a chemical pregnancy wouldnt i be in a lot of pain?

Hopefully thats not the case, but i did say to a friend last night i think if it is or was there im loosing it!

My 'period' today is really light, so prob finish soon, my friend also said dr.s may want to do a internal, is this likely?

I agree with leighanne it very well could be a chemical pregnancy..... The clearblue tests also require a higher amount of HCG. Talk to your doctor on Friday and I am sure he can tell you what is going on... Keep us posted.

I would wait to go to the dr because I did an I lost my left tube an had 2 months of physical theropy.  It may not be that but that is what happened to me.  If it is an they catch it in time they can same your tube.  I would DEMAND to be seen right away or go to the er.  Tell them at the er that you think your pregnant an your bleeding.  They will rund test.  TELL DRS WHAT THEY NEED TO KNOW SO THEY WILL RUN THE TEST.  Just tell them to take blood.

The first test was a lloyds parmacy on brand, the 2nd was a clear blue! And the digital was clear blue aswell!!

The postive line on the first test was with in 2 - 3 minutes and the clear blue around the same time!

I would go to the dr. because you could have some thing else going on.  I bleed like that when I was pregnant in my tube.  But bleed like that when I had a bacterial infection.  What kind of test were the 1st 2?  It takes longer for a digital to show a positive.  An how long after taking the test did you have a positive?

Thankyou, well il see i do have a appointment on friday to see my doctor might get a complete yes or no answer there!

To start with when i see the first positive i was really scared and worried over it, but now its had a little time to sink in im quite comfortable with the idea, and i think id be gutted if im not after having 2 tests tell me yes!!

i dont believe in "faint postivies" its either positive or not! clear blue easy digital is said to be really good and you got a negative on that. wait a few days and take a test to be sure. i would say your prob pregnant
