If your cycle is still delayed, you should take another urine test. First morning urine is best. If it's positive, you need to start prenatal vitamins and see your doctor to start prenatal care. If it's negative and you still don't have your cycle in a week, you should follow-up with your doctor for a blood test to confirm pregnancy or just a delayed cycle.
