cramps, alittle bleeding, no period?

i have been on birth control for 3 months, and i havent really had sex in a while. but i have been getting bad cramps, i bled one day for a little then it stopped. i took a test about a week ago it came out negative. and for the past 3 or 4 days i have been having cramps. can anyone help please? i really need it. i dont want to be pregnant. i would love any help, please and thanks.

if you dont want to be pregnant you should use condoms in additon to your birth control. it might just be from the pill since you havent had sex in "awhile" and your not getting a positive hpt
