did I have a miscarriage ?

Hi , in January I had unprotected sex. Im not sure if I am or not pregnant. My doctor says im not. I have gain 7lbs in a month and 2 weeks. In February I missed my period. I started to bleed 4 days later it wasnt like my normal period. This bleeding last 4 days it was pink / brown bleeding. My period last me 7 days and its heavy but not this time. I was feeling symptoms. Starting last month I have been having really nad sharp pain. Also two weeks ago I started to have bad headache.

I still have stomach pain and bad headaches. My boobs are starting to hurt. Also my test are negative but is it normal for me to have pain from march until now

Sounds to me like the bleeding in February was your period - it was just 'off'. The fact it was later and then lighter than normal would indicate you perhaps ovulated later, or your hormones were just off this month.
Sudden weight gain can also cause your cycles to change.

You didn't have a miscarriage - you'd know if you did as bleeding would be heavy and painful.

Sometimes our cycles just change for no reason. Try eating better and exercising more and see if that makes a different.
