I just found out I am pregnant a few days ago, when should I make a doctors appointment? I am 16 and I am terrified that I will do something wrong before I can make an appointment. What should I do?

Well, I'm not very close with my dad, but my mom and I are close. And my mom and I went and bought a pregnancy test and I let her into the bathroom as I took the test and as soon as the two lines showed up, she wasn't mad at me, she was pretty excited even though I'm 16.

Stay calm is the best thing to do. I'm 16 and pregnant, I'm 4 months along and I turn 17 in Nov. I'm as happy as can be and very healthy. My best advice is to ignore the people that are going to judge you and worry about being a good mom. Of course you need to make a doctors appointment. Tell your family and the baby's dad? The first couple months are scary and you will have a lot of fears. But being a mom is the most amazing thing in the world and I wouldn't have changed a thing. There's no age to be a mom. If you are a bad teen mom and don't give a **** about you or your child then that's another thing. Some teens are to immature to be moms. Get support from your friends and family and baby's daddy? And relax, stay healthy and save and see a doctor. And good luck and congratulations on being a mommy! :)

It's really important to get in too see your doc as soon as possible. Once you have that first appointment you'll get all the necessary info of what you should and should not be doing and it will help you to be better prepared for how to move forward.
