is this a sign of pregnancy

I have a 22 day menistral cycle. I started on may 1st and spotted til may 4th. Its now may 18th. I went to the bathroom yesterday and my underware was full of white discharge and i mean it was full. Is this a sign of pregnancy. Also i've been having alot of headaches, peeing a lil bit more then i was. My breast are sore on the side closetest to me armpits. And when i took a pregnancy test it had the line going across and i couple of dots where the line is going down.

First it sounds like your test may have been defective, typically there shouldn't be dots.  

It could be too early for a test to give you an accurate result.

As for the discharge, this can be a completely normal part of your monthly cycle and is NOT an indication of pregnancy.  Being as you are under the age of 25 your body is still regulating hormone production and your cycle can change fairly frequently along with the associated symptoms.  The headaches and frequent urination along with breast tenderness are all symptoms that can be associated with early pregnancy but can also be an indication of ovulation or your period approaching.  

I would suggest waiting a week and seeing if your period shows up, if it doesn't get another test and take it with first mornign urine.
