missing period for 2 months am i pregnant?

Hi im 15 and i usually have my period every month but they usually last for a while, at least 7 to sometimes 10 days and now i am worried because it hasn't come for two months. I've had my period since i was 10 and they always last pretty long. I had sex 8 months ago, used protection and even used two pregnancy test because it didn't come on time. The tests came up negative and my period came shortly after that and have had my period until this point. Now its August and i haven't had my period since late May and don't know why? Is it possible that i am pregnant and not show any symptoms or could i have a hormonal imbalance?

That's not really always correct though. Doesn't matter how early you got your period, at 15 you're still going through puberty, and even if they have been regular before at that age, doesn't mean that they'll always stay that way. Until we're out of puberty, our bodies are still changing cycles change with this. It happens every few years even after puberty!

I'd still see your doctor, could be something like PCOS, or a hormone imbalance that's the cause, and the doctor can look into that. But, the most likely possibility is your age and cycles changing.

hi there i just wanted to say that yes missing periods or having irregular cycles is normal at 15 but i forgot to add in that i've had my period since i was 10. And after two or three years your period should begin to regulate so this is why i'm worried. i'm usually used to long periods and ever since i had sex they seem shorter to me; they'll last for about 6-7 days instead of the 7-10 and now nothing. i know i'm probably over thinking it but that's because it has never happened to me before. could you give me anymore advice?

At your age, your body is still growing and changing and see irregular cycles/missing periods are actually quite normal.

You're not pregnant, but you should see your doctor just to have them look into any other reason that could be causing the missing period.

You defintely are not pregnant, i would make an appoitment with a doctor with or without your parents. It would be beneficial for you to find out why you have not had a period for two months.
