need opinions

Ive missed my period for 3 days now and all of a sudden this morning i woke up and i have light bleeding could this be my period starting or could i be pregnant? My cycles are 28 days and im never ever late?

Menstrual cycle can delay by a few days due to seasonal changes or changes in routine. Hence, it is difficult to say whether you are having your periods or are pregnant. The light bleed could be start of your periods or could be due to pregnancy. To confirm you need to take a pregnancy test. Take care!
