period 3 weeks late, ovaries hurt

HELP!!!!!!!
Hi, my name is C**** and I am 18 years old, my girlfriend has an irregular menstrual cycle. But she still knows around the time she should be having it. And she hasn't had her period in around a week and a half. The last time we had sex was Valentine's Day. We had protected sex and I did ejaculate inside her. But we always spend like 1-2 minutes checking the condom and making sure it was completely sealed. And always was. The condom was perfectly enclosed. She says her ovaries hurt allot. And has stomach pains, like I said her period is also pretty late. She did tell me once she didn't have her period for almost three months and had the same pains as this occasion. We're both worried if we're pregnant. Because we don't want that quite now. If someone can please tell me what's going on and if the ovary pains are something we should be worried about? Because I worry about her health also... Thank you

If you used a condom and it had no breaks or holes then your girlfriend is not pregnant.
She does have irregular periods so it's not uncommon for her to be late.
Even though I don't see how she could be pregnant did she take a pregnancy test so the two of you could have peace of mind? I recommend doing that because if she's stressed thinking she's pregnant this could be delaying her period.
I also recommend she tell her mom about the symptoms she's having so she can see a Dr. There could be several reasons why her ovaries are hurting. If she's 18 or over she can see a Dr on her own. A woman's clinic would probably see her no matter what age she is.
