It sounds like her period, even though it's early and maybe not be usual for her. The I Pill can do that. Remember I said the taking the I Pill can cause your period to come early or late? That is what most likely has happened and she is not pregnant.
I really would recommend that you either get condoms or your girlfriend get on some form of birth control. Even if you did'nt have actual intercourse she can get pregnant with you rubbing your penis on her vagina.

my girl friend had her last period till 8th june. and we had sex on 12th( but i just rubbed my penis over vagina and nothing else) she took emergency contraceptive pill on 12th . and on 19th she felt light bleeding but serious cramps . and on 20 & 21 she had heavy bleeding(2 pads a day) now  on 22nd she is having light bleeding.
IS it a normal period due to pill or is she pregnant?

Taking the I Pill can cause periods to either come early or late so I have a feeling that's what's going on with your girlfriend. When did the two of you have sex? If it was just a few days ago it may have been implantation bleeding. Usually it's very light and may only last a few hours to a day. Really nothing like a normal period.
I really don't think she's pregnant. But, she can test around 3 weeks after the two of you had sex. I know you said there was'nt intercourse but what the two of you is considered sex. I would highly recommend her getting on birth control or the two of you using condoms to prevent an unplanned pregnancy. What you did can cause pregnancy, so can the pull out method.
