July 21,2012 I lost my virginity to a guy. We'll call him 'E'. Well E left me a few months later. We decided to give us another try in July 2013. We got to know each other better. We didn't have sex again until November 29th. Lately I have been feeling really tired and have had cramps for a few days now and tonight started feeling sickish. I don't know what to do. I live in a small town so I can not buy a pregnancy test without the whole town knowing. I can't have someone else buy one for me because there is no one in this town that I trust. I am thirteen. Now please don't say things bad about that. I will tell you my mom is never home and is always out with her boyfriend and my dad is out of the picture my whole life. I have raised myself my whole life and have the maturity level higher than you know. I also can not go to my doctor. As you can tell by my age I can not drive and my doctor is a kids doctor, not a doctor for kids expecting kids. What do I do? How can I tell if I am really pregnant?

Yes go take a test ! The 89 cents ones work just as well as the $10 one's.

Are you saying you used a condom and that's where the pop sound came from?
If you have a Walmart close to you go late at night when you won't see anyone you know. Or, hopefully not. They have pregnancy tests there for under a dollar.

I just wanted to say we did protection but I heard something pop and didn't think anything of it until I started feeling tired and sore and sick. How can I go to my doctor without my mother knowing? Can I make the appointment myself?

The only way to know for sure is to test or go to a doctor.

1st off u need to go to ur doctor no matter wht kind of doc he is he can get u a pregnancy test ... There's confidentiality laws whr he can not release info about u to neone ....2nd ur worried about people seeing u buy a pregnancy test ?? U said its a small town nd everyone knws everything so I'm sure they knw u r sexually active ... It's not my place to judge but I will say 13is very young if u r guna b sexually active atleast use protection hun

Is there any home tricks that you know of? Like a home made pregnancy test?

They only way to really find out if your pregnant is if you buy a pregnacy test.  Good luck
