I have a spinal disc condition and have pain every day.  In my opinion, I'd rather go through child birth than the pain I feel some times and I had two kids when I was young, too.
My first was when I was 15, the labor was 16 hours long and induced, but it was manageable with the pain meds they gave me.  My second was after I was married at 18 and her labor came hard and fast.  It was a lot quicker and a lot more painful, but I got an epidural and felt 100% better.
I was really scared about the pushing part and almost tried to put it off as long as possible, which just prolonged my labor.  If that's your biggest worry, too, I'd recommend an or they can numb the vaginal area and not give you an episiotomy.
I believe that pregnancy is easier at a younger age.  I am pregnant now at 27 and it has been a lot harder.
Try not to worry too much, when the time comes they can give you meds to help the pain.

Hello Emily. Glad to hear the good news. Congratulations on being an expectant mommy.  I like yourself got pregnant at age 17 and was very afraid. However, everything turned out just fine.  As a 17 year old I raised my son along with family support.  He graduated college with honors 3 years ago. Regarding the pain, my labor was much shorter than many people that I know and my pains were bearable. I'm not sure if perhaps it may have been easier because I was 17.  Nonetheless, when you look into the eyes of your baby any pain will likely be an after thought.  I know you may be scared but you also have options that can relax you.  You can speak with your doctor about your concerns.  You are in good hands.  Try not to worry.  I never thought the pain was as bad as some say. That was my experience.

yes the pain is bad when giving birth but that is the risk you take when you have sex before your ready....but on the other hand no pain last forever and after you go through it you will forget all about the pain you went through and it will just be a distant memory
