pregnant at 18?

Hi, my last period was October 31st and I was wondering if I could be pregnant I usually don't have a set time to start my period its just usually starts at the end and now its December 4th and no period. I took a pregnancy test though from the dollar store November 30th and it came out negative but could I be? And if you think so when should I take another test?

Try a better test because I was 6 weeks and barely got a positive on the dollar store test or just wait a bit longer !
