Can the TMJ Joint or Muscles Pinch the Temporal Arteries?

I don't have TMJD, but I do have significant swelling in the muscles around there, possibly accompanying cervical dystonia.  My mandible has retracted and moved upward, and my SCM muscles are superposed over the top of the joint, so there is some muscular disarray.

Anyway, I post this question because I have the symptoms consistent with Temporal Arteritis, but I am wondering if there is simply pressure on these arteries coming from the TMJ muscles and that is why.

Whenever I open my jaw wide to yawn, talk with emphasis, and often to pop my ears, I get some vertigo and hearing loss, and sometimes faintness.  Every time.  Any other situation that jars the TMJ area or affiliated muscles and can also lead to symptoms (jumping from being startled, bending over, straining, etc, running, showing emotions).  I can also get headaches, muscle spasms, pain in the ear roaring sounds, nausea, and dissociative symptoms.

I've had tentative diagnoses of chronic migraine, bilateral hearing loss with vertigo, dysautonomia, cervical dystonia, and a lot of other neurological problems.  Does this sound like a nail in the coffin?
