It's been one a week after having all 4 wisdome teeth extracted, I don't have much pain nor did after surgery
(I was fully sedated)
However my tongue is still 30% numb I have troubles speaking (it's frustrating) and the other issue is I can't open my mouth wide enuf to even fit my tooth brush in my mouth.
I called My dentist office spoke with reception, she said it's normal, and will pass.
It's not that painful but I can't eat, I can't even fit a fork or spoon in my mouth.

The situation is most likely disc displacement without reduction.seeing a tmj specialist who is familiar with manual reduction is advised. Some chiropractor or osteopath practitioner may be familiar with this procedure. The sooner you get disc reduction, the better you get better result.
