Jaw tightness due to radiation to the hed

is there any type of exercises that i can do to eliminate the tightness in my face.
i had entensive radiation some years ago in order to treat nasopharyngeal cancer & since then all my
jaw & neck muscles have been spasming a lot, this past month has been the worst ever.
i have also notice more headaches too. I been taking the usual OTC pain meds, but i am running into stomache problems because i been taking them too much of the anti-inflam meds.
