Morning pain and weakness

Every morning I wake up with muscle pain and weakness. Once I get going I am fine all day,but it happens again the next morning.I dont know what to do.

I happy you do not give into it. It's very hard, what I use to do is just get up earlier to ive my self time. The only thing I can thing of is sleepy with moist heat. I have one that is long in skiny heating pad and wrap it around my face I had to tie it to stand in place. I know they say not to sleep with heating pads, but there not in pain. set it a low and if it get to hot turn it off. Do you have a night gard if not you need one that will help. Sorry for my mispelling. I hope understand. I just give you a BIG HAND for getting up....
