My head has been bothering me

I was told about 6 months ago that I had TMJ. After doing a excercise to get my mouth to open and close without it getting locked my head has been bothering me ever since. My symptoms I have been having on and off have been pressure (always on one side or the other or in the middle of my forehead), warmth sensations in my head, tingling through out my head and face, the back of my head feels sore, my eyes feel like there is pressure behind them, sharp dull pains, my pinky finger seems to tingle from time to time, and occasionally a headache now and then. Now I have been to my doctor and I had a bunch of tests done... an MRI, brain wave, cat scan, blood work, nerve tests. The only thing that showed up was they said I had small cysts around my sinus cavity and gave me nasonex to clear them up but other than that they said everything was normal. So I was just wondering could all this be from the TMJ? Because none of this happened until I was told I had TMJ. I have been diagnosed with high anxiety and I was told that anxiety and stress could have a big part in this but I am just ready for it all to go away. If you have any answers or suggestions I appreciate it!

I agree with the previous posts that your symptoms are all in line with TMJ disorders. Seems that you have ruled out the potential for medical issues, and that always should be the first step.
To explain why this all seems to have happened now all of a sudden, it could have been that something triggered symptoms now, as with any disease process symptoms are the last 20% of any disease. It sounds to me that you have cervical problems and issues now. Seek a good A.O. chiropractor or D.O. or physical therapist and get an adjustment. This shold make you feel better in the short run. then see a Nueromuscular dentist to stabilize your joint and fix it for good.

Hope this helps.

Your symptoms could be associated with tomporomandibular disorder. However, ruling out strucural pathology by medical professionals are essential.
