Pain in Thigh

by andytonya2598, Apr 16, 2009 03:13PM
I have been exercising for about a month now, 3x a week. My muscle in my thighs have been sore and I thought it was due to just the exercise. This morning as I went to get out of the floor and I used my left leg and hurt a popping kinda tearing noise in my thigh and then extreme pain. I was unable to walk and was holding onto the wall.  My thigh is still hurting and it going to my kneeand it does not go way with ice. What happened to my thigh and how or what should I do to get it  fixed? There is a big knot on my thigh and is bruised like I have been hit with something? Any help would be great. Thanks
