THE WORST TMJ EVER!

THIS IS TOMMY AND IM A NEW MEMBER TO THIS BUT MY TMJ DISORDER SOUNDS SO MUCH WORSE THAN OTHERS! AND I NEVER GET THE ANSWERS I WANT TO HEAR. I DONT WANT A QUICK FIX I WANT A PERMANENT FIX BECAUSE I CANT TALK OR EAT THE WAY I USED TO. ITS HELL! I HAVE HAD IT FOR 4 YEARS AND MOUTHGUARDS ARE USELESS. AND I DONT GRIND IN MY SLEEP! HELP!
